Support 2 curly haired girls

We are young, we are free - and unfortunately broke, a little different from the famous song. That's why you also have the opportunity to support us. Below, we have listed some items we need to purchase before or during the hike. If you like our idea, we would be honored to be supported by you. The money is directly deposited to our PayPal account.

Essential: Coffee break

Have you ever had that feeling when you go to bed and are already looking forward to a cup of coffee in the morning? Well, if not, coffee doesn't seem to be as essential to you as it is to us. Since this is our little piece of happiness to start the day, it is our top 1 category. Join us in brewing some magic and help us make a difference, one cup at a time.

Please, feed us!

Getting to know us, you will quickly find out that we are passionate about food. In all its varieties. To keep us going, conquering mountains - literal and figurative - we will depend on energy.

Every step forward is a step closer to a well-deserved reward - arriving in misery. Together we can make a difference, one bite at a time.

Trail toast

With the blazing sun above, we'll need all the help we can combat heatstroke! Let's put hydration in the spotlight during our hiking adventure. With sweat pouring, especially under the summer rays, taking a break or celebrating the end of a sweaty day on the trails with a sip of our favorite isotonic drink will be a lifesaver. Join us in staying hydrated along our journey, one sip at a time!

Equipment and Expenses

Let’s be honest, budgeting, gearing up, and dealing with expenses, especially as students, can sometimes feel like a bit of a hassle.

But hey, every penny you spent we can invest in ultralight gear and therefore save grams on our back. With every penny you contribute, we're one step closer to reaching our goal. So let's tackle it one gram at a time!

Beauty sleep

Our aim is to spend most nights in our tent on our journey. While there's no scientific evidence, we believe it improves our mental well-being and sleep quality. Imagine the peace: lying in our tent, listening to the silence of nature. It's enough to make us sleepy. Occasionally, we might opt for a cozy bed and breakfast.

Just one snore at a time.

"Hey, I'm alive."

After initially shocking our parents with the news of our plan to hike back to Germany, the simplest reassurance we could offer was the promise of a regular call to keep their spirits up. Let's extend that reassurance to our family, friends, and future followers, keeping them entertained and informed along the way. Together, let's keep the adventure alive, one update at a time.

Don't want to die of skin cancer... yet.

Perhaps the only moment of self-care during our hike will be our daily morning application of sunscreen. As we've just learned in Dermatology, every degree of tanning is a micro-damage to your skin. So, help us age gracefully and not return looking like a raisin. One drop of a time?

Warm shower

Let's ensure that both you and our parents can still recognize us after our hike. Addressing the common concern raised by many about where we'll shower, treating ourselves to a warm rinse before rejoining civilization won't just rejuvenate us - it'll also make life more pleasant for those around us. Let's take it one shower at a time.
